Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days for engraved products. We always do our best to get them shipped out as early as possible while maintaining our high standards for quality and care.

Adding Expedited Processing ($20 Fee) will reduce production to 1-2 days and can be added when choosing options for your memorial.

All products will be shipped via usps priority shipping in the order they were received unless expedited production is added.

After production, shipping generally takes 2-3 business days.

Due to the customization, once production has started on an order it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Yes you can! Granite is a great material for outdoors. Over time you may need to clean the surface of dirt/calcium deposits from rain and snow.

We warranty all of our products from production defects/errors and damage in shipping. Please reach out to us immediately after receiving your items with pictures of what the problem is and we will get you taken care of!
